Gospelheim  surgiu em Manchester nos dias sombrios de 2020, um projeto criado por Ricardo (voz, guitarra) e Coco (voz, baixo) enquanto o mundo parava.  A dupla inspirou-se na moralidade da condição humana, nos filmes de terror da era silenciosa e na transformação de conceitos existenciais como o bem e o mal.

 No início de novembro de 2020, Gospelheim gravou o seu primeiro álbum, “Ritual & Repetition”, no No Studio, em Manchester, com Joe “Doctor” Clayton.  Um single em vídeo da faixa ‘Into Smithereens’ foi filmado, lançado e bem recebido pela crítica e pelos fãs.  Apesar das circunstâncias adversas sobejamente conhecidas, a banda conseguiu realizar um primeiro concerto ao vivo no Factory 251, em Manchester, em Setembro de 2021 e tem toda a intenção de se apresentar ao vivo o mais rápido possível.  A formação foi posteriormente completada com a adição do segundo guitarrista, Jordan, e de Rob na bateria.

Gospelheim is a project born in Manchester, in the sombre days of 2020, by the hands of Ricardo (vocals, guitar) and Coco (vocals, bass), while the world became still. The duo was inspired by the morality of the human condition, the horror films of the silent era, as well as in the transformation of existential concepts such as good and evil.

In the beginning of November 2020, Gospelheim recorded their first album, “Ritual & Repetition”, at the No Studio, in Manchester, working with Joe “Doctor” Clayton. A video single of “Into Smithereens” was filmed, released and welcomed by the public, the critics and the fans. Despite the adverse circumstances, the band managed to perform live at Factory 251, in Manchester, in September 2021 and have every intention to start touring as quickly as possible. Jordan, a second guitar player, and Rob, the drummer, have joined the band at a later stage

Os Glasya são uma banda composta por vários membros conhecidos da cena metal portuguesa. A banda fez sua apresentação em 2018, com o single e vídeo “Heaven’s Demise”, que teve excelente recepção por parte do público e da imprensa. O single integrou a compilação Symphonic & Opera Metal Vol.5, ao lado de bandas como EPICA e KAMELOT. Em Julho de 2019, lançam o seu álbum de estreia, “Heaven’s Demise”, pela gravadora alemã PRIDE & JOY MUSIC.

O álbum foi aclamado, nacional e internacionalmente, como um dos melhores de Symphonic Metal de 2019. Glasya voltou a fazer parte da compilação Symphonic & Opera Metal Vol.6, com o single “Eternal Winter”. No seu novo álbum, que será lançado em Fevereiro de 2022 pela editora italiana SCARLET RECORDS, Glasya dá um passo à frente e cria um conceito musical que descrevem como “banda sonora”

 Glasya is a band made up of several known musicians of the Portuguese metal scene. The band made their presentation in 2018, with the single and video “Heaven’s Demise”, which had na excellent reception, both by the public and the press. The single was part of the  Symphonic & Opera Metal Vol.5 compilation, alongside bands like EPICA and KAMELOT. In July 2019, they have launched their debut album, “Heaven’s Demise”, with the German label PRIDE & JOY MUSIC.

 The album was acclaimed, nationally and internationally, as one of the best in the Symphonic Metal genre in 2019. Glasya was agin part of the compilation Symphonic & Opera Metal, now in Vol.6, with the single “Eternal Winter”. On their new album, which will be released in February 2022 by the Italian label SCARLET RECORDS, Glasya takes a step forward and creates a musical concept that they describe as a “soundtrack”.
